At KELO Living, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy
* Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please call/WhatsApp us at +91 9306138299 immediately.
* After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility 
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
* Defect/Damage: The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
* Non-Returnable: Products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

3. Return Request Timeline
* You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
* To initiate a return, contact us at info@keloliving.com or +91 9306138299 with your Order ID and clear images/video of the issue.

4. Refund Policy
* Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it (usually within 2 business days).
* Processing: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed.
* Credit Timeline: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
* Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong/damaged product).

5. Exchange Policy
* If you have requested a replacement for a damaged/defective product, the exchange is subject to stock availability.
* Exchange Timeline: The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is verified. The total time for the exchange process (Return Pickup + Inspection) and new product delivery is approximately 7 to 12 business days.
