At Kelo Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear images of the product issue.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued as per the policy.
